Ensuring social, emotional, and academic success of English Learners (ELs) and Multilingual's (MLs) is inspiring and challenging. I provide English Learner and Multilingual's Professional Development (P.D.) and consulting for leaders, teachers, and families to assist ELs in reaching their potential. Culturally Responsive Instruction P.D., Hope Science, and Trauma Informed Practices are a special interest of mine.
